Thank you for shopping at Knowva. Our digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and are therefore non-returnable. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Product Policy

All products sold on Knowva — including eBooks, templates, guides, planners, and other downloadable content — are digital goods delivered electronically. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, refunds or cancellations are not available once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in the following circumstances:

1. Technical issues — file corruption, broken download links, or delivery errors preventing access to the product.

2. Duplicate payment — accidental duplicate charges for the same product.

To request a refund for the above cases, email contact@knowledgevia.com within 3 days of purchase. Our support team will review your case and either reissue access or process a refund if applicable.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds if:

• The digital product has been successfully delivered and accessed.

• You change your mind after purchase.

• The product does not meet personal expectations (full descriptions and previews are provided before purchase).

• Download access expired after the 30-day availability period.

Delivery

All Knowva digital products are delivered via a secure download link. After payment confirmation, you will receive an email with your link, active for 30 days. Please download and safely store your files during this period.
